Damian Hicks is co-owner of The Gas Station Film Studios in North Las Vegas.

He is also co-owner of Sound Up Media, a vibrant multimedia platform that crafts unforgettable cultural experiences through visual production.

Damian serves as the Community Relations and Finance Director at Diphrent Inc., where he played a pivotal role in creating the RENTRI program. In his capacity with Diphrent Inc., he has been able to secure nearly a million dollars in federal grant funding.

A Senior Project Control Engineer at the Nevada National Security Site, Damian contributes to vital national security projects. He is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran who founded the Barksdale Innovation Group (BIG) for the 2nd Bomb Wing and earned honors such as the Air Force Commendation Medal and the Commandants Award.

Damian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from UNLV and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is a certified Project Manager and an active member of the Project Management Institute.

For over 20 years, Damian has mentored thousands of youth. His dedication to the community and passion for empowering others define his legacy. Above all, he is a devoted husband and father.
