A Diphrent Inc. Workforce & Justice Prevention Program

RENTRI is Diphrent Inc’s structured justice-prevention and workforce development initiative serving youth and young adults ages 12–19 in North Las Vegas and surrounding Clark County communities.
The program is designed to reduce risk factors associated with recidivism by strengthening employability skills, increasing positive mentorship, improving emotional regulation, and expanding access to career pathways.
RENTRI addresses root causes linked to justice involvement, including unemployment, academic disengagement, limited workforce exposure, economic instability, and lack of structured support.
