our story & history
Diphrent Inc is a North Las Vegas–based youth development organization serving youth ages 12–19, with a focus on opportunity youth, system-impacted youth, and young people from low-income households in Clark County (including 89030, 89031, and 89032).
Diphrent Inc delivers structured, trauma-informed programming that integrates mentorship, workforce development, social-emotional learning, and family engagement to improve educational outcomes and economic mobility.
Our model addresses root causes of youth disengagement — including academic barriers, behavioral health needs, limited workforce exposure, and unstable home environments — through consistent mentorship, skill-building cohorts, leadership development, and hands-on career pathway exploration.
Programs are designed to:
- Increase school engagement and academic persistence
- Improve workforce readiness and job retention skills
- Strengthen coping strategies and emotional regulation
- Reduce risk factors associated with justice involvement
- Connect families to supportive services through coordinated referrals
Through measurable outcomes and strong cross-sector partnerships, Diphrent Inc supports youth in building resilience, career competencies, and long-term stability aligned with Nevada’s education, workforce, and public safety priorities.

Who we are Founded in 2019, Diphrent Inc is a youth-centered movement redefining what opportunity looks like for young people in North Las Vegas and throughout Clark County.
We exist because too many youth are underestimated, underserved, and overlooked.
Diphrent Inc was built to change that narrative.
We serve youth ages 12–19 by creating structured pathways to mentorship, leadership, workforce readiness, and mental wellness. Our work goes beyond programming — we build confidence, restore belief, and equip young people with the tools to lead their own futures.
We believe potential is universal — access is not.
Through trauma-informed practices, consistent mentorship, skill-based training, and strong community partnerships, we close opportunity gaps and strengthen protective factors that allow youth to thrive academically, socially, and economically.
At Diphrent Inc, we don’t just prepare youth for jobs.
We prepare them for leadership.
We prepare them for ownership.
We prepare them for impact.
Our commitment is bold:
- Increase academic engagement
- Strengthen workforce competencies
- Improve emotional resilience
- Reduce risk factors
- Expand access to opportunity
We partner with schools, workforce agencies, health systems, and community organizations to create coordinated support that uplifts both youth and families.
Diphrent Inc is not simply about intervention — it is about transformation.
Because sometimes all a young person needs is a Diphrent path — and a community willing to walk it with them.
